We had a super fun-filled Easter weekend. Saturday we joined friends at an Easter egg hunt/carnival. The boys hunted for eggs on a football field covered with eggs. It was quite a sight. Saturday night we dyed Easter eggs, and then the boys were eager to get to bed so the Easter bunny could visit, since the Easter bunny will only come inside if he knows everyone's asleep...

Easter morning the kids woke up to find that the bunny did, in fact, make a visit to our house. He even left a trail of eggs from the kids' doors to their baskets. What a clever bunny! Later in the morning we headed over to Jeff's Mom & Dad's house, where the kids had a blast playing with their Nana & Papaw, Mamaw and cousins, and had an egg hunt in the backyard. Jeff's mom had prepared a delicious Easter feast, and we celebrated my adorable niece Presley's third birthday, which was the day after Easter. That evening we went over to my Mom & Dad's for an Easter dinner feast and another egg hunt. The kids could never have enough egg hunts. They loved it all! We had a great, happy Easter and hope you did, too!
