When Mom's away the cats will play

I got up bright and early Friday morning to hit some of the stores for the Black Friday sales. It was quite an experience. I'm still trying to decide if the money I saved was worth getting up so early and waiting in line for nearly two hours to make my purchase. I did get a lot of shopping done though, so I feel good about that.

Apparently while I was gone the boys had some fun, too. A cat wandered onto our back porch. Jeff & Tyler went outside to say hello, and the cat ran inside! This reminds me of the cat in the hat story - mom goes away, cat comes in to play...? Tyler loves animals, and Jeff said as soon as the cat came inside, Tyler asked the cat if he wanted to come into the playroom and play with him. :) Jeff had to herd the cat out of the house. It was still sitting on the back porch staring longingly inside when I got home.
